The North East Does Vintage!

Announcing a brand new location *drum roll please*.... Durham Does Vintage!

As reported yesterday, Yorkshire Does Vintage is expanding not just to new locations in Yorkshire, but we've now planning events in the North East.  Well today we can announce that we have a brand new location - Durham Town Hall!

Yes, on Saturday 24th November 2012 we open the doors of this beautiful 14th Century Grade II listed building (pictured left) for Durham Does Vintage.

We'll be bringing all the things that you love about our vintage events to Durham - more details to be confirmed closer to the time.

I can tell you though, as it's on 24th November it will be perfect for some Christmas shopping.  So put the date in your diary.

And of course the week before we head to Durham, we'll be having our first vintage fair in Newcastle on Saturday 17th November 2012.

The fair will be held at the Newcastle's Theatre Royal (pictured right).  This stunning Georgian building will form the backdrop to thirty plus vintage stalls, a fab beauty bar, vintage craft workshops, lively Lindy Hop dancing demonstrations, and a fun children's corner.   All this for £1 entry!

Again this fair would be a great place to start your Christmas shopping and buy some truly unique gifts.

Here are our confirmed events for the rest of 2012:-

Masham - 15th September 2012, Masham Town Hall
York - 14th October 2012, Merchant Adventurer's Hall
Harrogate - 10th November 2012, Harrogate Theatre
Newcastle - 17th November, Theatre Royal
Durham - 24th November, Durham Town Hall
York - 2nd December, Merchant Adventurer's Hall

As always you can keep up to date on out Facebook page and Twitter feed.
